Using the QrKey Scanner

QrKeys allow you to operate many of LearnPad’s features using your tablets’ built-in cameras. Such features include setting up your LearnPads, changing Lessons and creating quizzes.
You might have used QrKeys as QR Codes on your own tablet or mobile phone.

i. How to scan a QrKey

To scan a QrKey:

From the LearnPad toolbar, tap the button.

You will see a camera view with a red line running across it.

To change between the rear-facing and front-facing cameras, tap the button in the top-centre of the screen.

Point your LearnPad’s camera at the QrKey. You’ll hear a beep when the QrKey is scanned.
